This option is for customers who wish to add text but did not include the engraving during their initial purchase of the personalized pieces. Simply select this add-on and enter your custom text for engraving.
Please note our engraving policies:
- No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of engraved items, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure your engraving details are accurate before submitting.
- Engraving is Optional: If no text is entered or the add-on is not purchased, the back of the pendant will remain blank.
- Accurate Submission: Be sure to enter the exact text you’d like engraved (including any capitalization, punctuation, etc.) as we engrave the message exactly as submitted.

No Returns on Custom-Made Items: Custom-made jewelry is crafted based on your unique preferences, making each piece one-of-a-kind. As a result, we do not accept returns on any custom-made items to ensure that every customer receives a product made exclusively for them.
Quality Commitment: If there is an issue with your custom order—such as receiving the wrong item, a defect, or incorrect personalization details—we will remake and resend the product at no additional cost to you. While refunds are not available for custom items, we are dedicated to resolving any errors on our end swiftly and satisfactorily.
