Shipping and Delivery
Custom jewelry orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery time varies based on your location and carrier. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking updates and delivery timelines are managed by the carrier and may occasionally be delayed. While we’re happy to help check the status of your shipment, we’re unable to redirect or expedite packages once they are in transit.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a defect, we will remake and resend the item at no additional cost. If the original item is no longer available, you may choose a different item of equal value.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on eligible non-custom items. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and are subject to review and approval before a return is accepted.

Jewelry Care
Even though many of our pieces are waterproof and resistant to tarnishing, we recommend taking a few extra steps to ensure your jewelry remains in excellent condition:
- Store your jewelry in a jewelry box or pouch when not in use.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, perfumes, and lotions, particularly for items that are not waterproof (this will be noted on the product page).
- Gently clean your pieces with a soft cloth to maintain their shine.
Customization
Yes! We offer a range of personalized jewelry options, including custom engraving. You can personalize items during the order process by selecting customization options on the product page.
Once production has started on your custom order, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. Please double-check your details before submitting your purchase.
