Production & Delivery

Each necklace is custom made after your design is approved. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production and delivery. During peak seasons and holidays, turnaround times may extend up to 8 weeks.

Because each necklace is personalized specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale.

No Returns on Custom-Made Items: Custom-made jewelry and/or Message Card is crafted based on your unique preferences, making each piece one-of-a-kind. As a result, we do not accept returns on any custom-made items to ensure that every customer receives a product made exclusively for them.

Quality Commitment: If there is an issue with your custom order—such as receiving the wrong item, a defect, or incorrect personalization details—we will remake and resend the product at no additional cost to you. While refunds are not available for custom items, we are dedicated to resolving any errors on our end swiftly and satisfactorily.
