This holiday season, Elisse Treasures had the privilege of participating in the Christmas Village at West Valley Church—a festive three-day event filled with food, music, live nativity performances, a choir, and a bustling marketplace of local vendors. It was a magical experience, and as our first-ever vendor show, it was an unforgettable milestone for our brand.
A Thoughtful Presentation, Aligned with Our Brand
We spent countless hours preparing for this event, ensuring our booth reflected the heart and soul of Elisse Treasures. Every detail, from the packaging to the product curation, was designed to leave a lasting impression. Alongside our signature online pieces, we introduced exclusive, one-of-a-kind items to gauge customer favorites. To make the experience even more interactive, we introduced a spin-the-wheel game for email sign-ups and purchases. On the second and third nights, we added a raffle giveaway to encourage Instagram follows.
A Memorable Experience for Customers
Customers loved our setup, which stood out among the other vendors. Many noted the high quality of our jewelry and appreciated the thoughtful, interactive elements of our booth. We even added a sensory touch by spraying perfume on-site and inside the shopping bags, creating a memorable unboxing experience.
Our Raffle Giveaways: A Crowd Favorite
Elisse Treasures proudly contributed to the church’s raffle with beautifully curated gifts, including our Bold Heart Necklace and Earrings, jewelry storage, candles, soaps, and a Moon and Star Necklace presented in our signature jewelry pad and pouch. The response was overwhelming, with a significant number of attendees dropping their tickets into our raffle boxes—a testament to how well our brand resonated with the audience.
Lessons Learned and Growing Pains
The event wasn’t without its challenges. We underestimated the turnout and quickly ran low on thank-you cards, gift bags, and boxes. Some products we thought would sell out didn’t, while others we didn’t stock up enough flew off the table. The fast-paced nature of the event also caught us off guard—early arrivals and constant customers left us scrambling to label prices and manage the flow.
A Proud Moment for a Young Entrepreneur
One of the brightest highlights of the event was watching my teen daughter take ownership of Elisse Treasures. She navigated public speaking with grace, engaged with customers confidently, and embraced the fast-paced environment. As a young entrepreneur, she fell in love with the experience and is excited to expand Elisse Treasures beyond the online boutique into more vendor shows.

This first event has inspired us to grow and improve. We’re in the process of expanding our collections based on customer requests and favorites. We’re also exploring more opportunities to showcase Elisse Treasures at vendor shows in new locations.
